Does anyone have a header on their 22re? if so what did u use and how do u like it? also what kinda exhaust did u put behind it?

I used a 4 into 1 header from Downey offroad, it feeds into a 2 1/2 in exhaust system. I'm very happy with it. I also use a K&N air filter and have 31 in. tires, I get 25 mpg.
