Hi, I have a 2000 4Runner with the 4.3, with 72000 miles, when going up a hill or incline it will buck just like if it wasn't kicking to a lower gear. I took it to Auto Zone and the scanner said there was a #4 cylinder misfire. Does this seem like a fouled plug and if so which is #4 cylinder?
