My 93 has 163,000 miles on it and the power band is pretty low. I hear that things get worn out in the motor. I am just sure what other options are to get more power, I would love some ideas though. Mine cant get out of its own way sometimes, especially getting on the highway.

I would start with a low restriction exhaust. I have been happy with the low restriction muffler on my '95 (169K). Between the exhaust and a major tune up (cap, rotor, wires, plugs) it will now sling gravel and pulling out on to the highway is not the scary thrill it once was. T

the question is the power you want and the budget you are willing to spend then you will have your answer.

I wouldn't worry about the motor, you just need money
