i just bought a 90 with 22re FI with auto transmission. it starts perfect and idles the same if i drive it for about 20 to 40 miles it drops rpms.doesnt matter what speed im going its like the gas peddle disconects if i put it right to the floor it revs but normal pressure on the pedal does nothing. also once it does this if i stop and park it idles ok but pressing the gas pedal down to bring rpms up it will rev from 1000 to 2000 rpm back and forth but no higher its almost li8ke the fuel shuts of and on. changed plugs wires cap rotor no diff . any ideas

Sounds alot like plugged fuel filter or fuel pump after getting hot is cutting out. Would need to look at it to see though.

ok finaly had time to investigate put fuel pressure gauge in and drove it several times no drop in pressure. but it only acted up 1 more time now it seems to run great, no hesitation could it be the throttle sensor was acting up when it does this? or can moisture get in somewhere and do it, as i live where there is lots of snow and love taking it off road
