Just got a '99 4runner. My front speakers and tweaters work well but my rear speakers do not. There is wiring left in the car for an amplifier even though I am not using them. Is it possible that the previous owner may have disconnected the speakers and connected to the now-disconnected amplifier wires?</P>

probley had tweeter runnin to the amp scheck behind the hu also</P>

Thanks, will do. The tweaters do play though. Only the rear speakers do not play. The wires to the amp (2 power,4 audio, and 8 coax) are hanging behind my rear seats. The other ends are around the radio area and are not connected.</P>
