Hi all,

Took my '02 on its first winter highway drive this xmas. 4 hours of sand, salt and rocks. When I washed it off, the paint on my rear fender flares was stripped off. No damage to the paint on the body however. Mine's a "sport" model with no step rails (which certainly contributed to the problem)

So a couple of questions for the group out there:
1) anyone heard of similar problems (just want to know if it's a normal issue)
2) recommendations? ... I was toying with the idea of Rhino-Lining the flares and body panel under the doors...but maybe I should just repaint or go with after market flares.
