I'm new to the Forum and I'm in the process of buying a 1999 or a 2000 4Runner.</P>


Is there much difference between the 1999 Model and the the 2000 models. I want to explore the differences before paying an extra 2-3 Grand.</P>

i dont know that any great differences between those 2 years...it really just depends on personal preference...
