'99 4Runner with factory CD player (single disk). The player won't eject the CD. In fact, the player doesn't recognize the CD is in the unit (the green disk light is not on and when you push the CD selector button it does not play the CD). The radio and cassette deck still work fine. Is there a way to "force eject" the disk?
