Does anyone know how to shut the running lights off? I know that on the '00 GS 400 it was a plug-in near the brake fluid reservoir. Is it the same on the 4 Runner and if so which plug is it?

why would you want to turn them off? i paid $40 extra for that ! there's a lot of idiots who often cross the yellow line on curves and you'll live longer if they see you coming. this is a view from the motorcycle eyes.
