head gasket blown!!!!

hey have a 90' 4 runner that just blew a head gasket if anyone has any info i would appreciate it greatly...

All I can say is if you cant do the job yourself, or know someone, it is very costly.
They quoted me around 1900.00.
I am very lucky my hubby is a toyota man. I just had to buy the parts, 150.00.
