What does everyone think on painting the wheel wells black? I
guess if you had a really bold runner, you could even go a
different color...

I think it would be kind of cool... but, yeah... it'll get dirty anyway... and be a bi*** to clean...

go to walmart and buy some undercoat stuff, just hose it down when it gets dirty, of couse u might have to touch up here and there

After you under coat the wheel wells ( and it has all dryed of course) spray no touch or what ever tire cleaner you use in the wheel well..  It makes it look new and gives a coating that will make it easy to spray the mud off..

well it depends on the body color of your truck. . . but if your decided to spray it with black look for metallic or mica black finish.

I had my underbody sprayed by Ziebart, and that included the rear wheel wells, (not the front since its plastic), and it looks great.  However it holds dirt very well.  The only way I can get it clean is to pressure wash them.

i did it, its nice if its an older model.  I didnt do it for dirt reasons but possible corrosion prevention
