I seriously dont know for a 05, but I would say hit up a tire store and if they are motivated enough, they will throw those sizes on to make you happy. Im sure they would ask for some type of compension if you dont buy though.

I have a 97 4Runner sporting the stock 17" rims off an '05 4Runner . I use the FALKEN ST/Z04 Sport/Suv Tire in size 275/60 fits nicely, no rubbing, no lift on my vehicle. This tire is approx the same size as the 31 x 10.50 x 15. Hope this info helps you.

Maximum size for stock rim is 285/70-R17, but to fit those you need 3" lift. 265/70-R17 will be the max size without lift. Plus to use 285/70-R17 on stock rims, you'd also need 1.25" wheel spacers in addition to the lift. For street driving, stay with 32" (265/70-R17).
