I need some advice on a set of rims and tires. I am new to 4x4 lifestyle. I just bought a 96 and I am looking to get some rims and tires for it. I plan on getting a set of 20" KMC Rockstars. I want to run the rims on a set of Mickey Thompson 325/50/20's. I need to know if they will fit with the stock suspension or if i will need a lift. I am trying to avoid lifting it because i need it parked in my garage. My goal is to have an off-road type tire rather than running regular street or low profile tires. I want that off-road look and the off-road capability so i guess i want an off-road tire. I am not completely against lifting it,but would perfer not to. So please help. Also if you know of any other tires that would fit my description please let me know.

If you plan off-road, and do mid range trails, don't go with 50 profile as the wall will be too narrow. Another thing is that same tire size will cost 30-50% more in 20 then in 17 rim. There is a big step in price between 15 and 16, 17 and 18, 19 and 20. 16-17, 18-19 are at the same level. I recommend to stay with 16 or 17. In this case you can have 70-75 wall.
