Here's the deal...friend of mine has an old primer gray 4runner with a 2" body lift, 3" rear spring spacers, not much to look at..just his off-road toy with close to 200k miles on it. Everything was fine until about 500 miles ago when the head gave out. About $400 later, he had a new head on it. Drove great for the first few hundred miles, then started to knock. Within the next 100 miles, the bottom end took a crap...sounded like a diesel running and since the last time he turned it off, it won't restart.

Giving up on it, and selling the parts. I have the truck at my house right now and will be tending to the disassembly of the vehicle. I'll sell parts direct, or if you want to go through ebay I have no problem going that route either. My name on ebay is Jodynbob. Truck is mostly stock. It does have the lift kit, a K&N filter set-up, and a Surco Safari Roof Rack 40x60x5. The head should still be fine, as it only has about 500 miles on it and there appears to be no metal particles in the oil. The 5 speed transmission shifted fine, as did the transfer case. All windows run up and down. The factory manual hubs work properly. Vehicle recently had the front end rebuilt as well as new CV axles. Also has a very recently replaced radiator as well as an $80 hose from the intake to the hard plastic piece that goes from the air cleaner across the top/back of the radiator.
