Because of the large amount of BS items for sale. There are a few rules now, that are all required otherwise your post/item will be DELETED! Doing this will keep alot of the bogus for sale items out.

1. Member making the post must have at least 5 posts prior to the listing.

2. Member making the post must also be a member a minimum of 1 month.

3. Also ALL items must have a SALE price, no bidding or OBO, this isnt EBAY!
