Being in australia our 4runner's stopped in 95 so the only 4x4 with a v6 that has the same engine bay and i think chassis is the hilux ute however they only recently come with a v6 which is the 3.4 v6 now i was wanting a larger exhaust but want to keep it quiet,

 a mate has a press bent 2.5 inch cat back but thats a bit loud and the exhaust place said thats the quietest around i have asked and it actually is!! so what i want to do is find out the sizes of the stock exhaust (cat back) on the 3.4v6 hilux and see if it will bolt up to the 4runner...

i know the 4runner starts at a 2inch primary and drops to an approx 1-7/8ths cat back so am hopeing the 3.4 is a 2inch or more but i doubt it is more... and thats what i want to find out if any body has the info or can point in the right direction that would be great...

ok then...  do you know or if anybody else knows the size of the stock exhaust from the cat back of the hilux with the 3.4 v6... and if it would fit a 3.0v6 4runner (it should but would like confirmation)
