Hey, I'm a newbie with a question. My wife's got a 95 SR5 2wd. I'd like to get some wider wheels for it, but I'm trying to figure out what will fit. I want to stay with 15". 15x7? What tires could I fit on that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, I worked for a tire corporation for 15 years so I can sure give some advice to you at least. This 95 is a 2wd so it does make a difference, but It also depends on the style you want?? Do you want to make it look 4wd or just make it look clean at an affordable price?? If you want option B I would go with a set of 15x7 alum wheels (not Chrome) there cheeper but rust after awhile. Steel wheels are not that much cheeper anyway. It depends on the style....you can get an alum mod wheel 15x7 for around 80.00 dollars a wheel give or take. Go 15x7 alum wheel with a 235/75/15 tire with raised white lettering it looks pretty damn good. If I had a picture I would show you mine. If you replace your stock wheels with anything aftermarket no matter the offset it will look wider, 15x7 or 15x8 because after market has a negative offset and most factory wheels are a neutral or positive offset. thanks Chris
