Key Fob
I have a 2014 Toyota 4 Runner. I bought one of these flip key fobs from a 4 Runner accessory sight. They made it look easy, but wasn't explained that I had to dig the chip out of one of my OEM keys to get this to work. Well I messed it up and it didn't start my vehicle. My question did anyone else ever do this or lost a key and had to buy a new one. If so what was the cheapest method of programming the chip to stick in the fob to get it to start my vehicle? I know I can go to the dealership and pay several hundreds of dollars, but don't want to do this. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
