2003 LED Tail Lights?

2003 LED Tail Lights?
Hey All -
Totally new to T4R's, hoping you guys can help with a little advice.
I was thinking about buying OEM LED tail lights off of eBay, but wanted to know if they would be compatible with my 2003. Is it just plug'n'go, or will I need to be doing some kind of modifications? And are these like the new 4th Gen LEDs tail lights?
