Default DVD play through NAV system

I just recently bought an Limited '07 Runner4x4 V8 w/ the NAV package and was wondering what the best options are for getting a DVD system going.

Is there a way to play through the current NAV system? What kind of updgrades are needed and what are better, headrest mounted or ceiling mounted screens?

Default RE: DVD play through NAV system

Just to clarify, you want to use the current NAV system to pay a DVD for the passengers in the rear?

Haha whether hes talking about for the rear passengers or for the front passengers, the answer is the same. You will have to but a bypass relay on the system so the vehicle thinks your not moving when trying to play the DVD. This may not even apply since I'm not even sure if the stock nav system will play DVDs or not. Mine is all aftermarket and they had to put in a switch or something so that I can watch DVDs/change destinations on GPS while driving.
