Anyone know how to fix the lights on the gear selector. Its a real pain at night not being able to tell what gear you are in.

The only way to do it is to disassemble the trim on your shifting column and find the bulb that illuminates the indicator. I changed mine out on my 91 runner and it wasnt bad. you can pick up a matching bulb from almost any auto parts store
