Default Blown Head Gasket

Hi all,

I've blown the head gasket on my 91 for the 3rd time, grrrrrrrr [:@]

Is there a type of gasket or special repair procedure that will eliminate this known head gasket issue?

This latest gasket failure was caused by a ruptured radiator hose which caused overheating, so......
Is there a type of radiator hose that will never fail, or at least something better than standard rubber hoses?

Thanks for any help.

The 3.0 is just a piece of junk man, its very common. There was a recall, you can check on toyotas webpage or calling them.

maybe your engine is overheating that causes your gasket to blown up. Do you noticed any white smooke coming out of the exhaust pipe? Maybe you need to do a cooling system pressure test to see if there's a leak in the system.

tips to save gas blog.
