Default HELP, Suspension Issues

I drive a 2005 4Runner, V6. with 76,000 miles on her at the moment. Because I tow a 3500 lb. travel trailer about 5000 miles annually, I just installed a Hayden transmission oil cooler and noticed that my transmission fluid looked pretty dirty. I just took my truck to the dealer to have the transmission oil changed. In the process, the mechanic found that I have one rear shock totally blown out and a front strut that is leaking. He showed these problems to me. They advise replacing all four shocks and struts for about $900.00. They claim that the new shocks and struts will be in warranty for the life of my truck.

How does this sound to y'all? Would I be better off installing an OME suspension? If I did, would that void my remaining power train warranty?

I would appreciate some feedback ASAP as the weather is starting to turn and I want to get in a couple of more camping/fishing trips before it gets too cold for me.

Thanks a lot.

WB
