Default little help?

This looks like a pretty cool forum. Hope I can get some good advice. I own a 98 4Runner SR5 with running boards and I am interested in lifting it to allow for a 33" tire. I live near the outer banks of N. Carolina and mostly do my off-roading in the sand. I have done some reserch and I have found that most lift manufacturers out there only offer a 3" suspension lift. I have seen on tire fitment guides that I would need a 4" lift to accomodate a 33". What size rim could I fit with a 32" tire (18", 20"?). If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
Thanks CB
