need a price estimate/accessory opinions
 

Hi, I just recently got a 1999 black toyota 4runner 2wd and have been wanting to customize it a bit. There are three things I would like to change. First I would like to get new all black bumpers for front and rear (sorry I know wrong forum) and also new tires and wheels. The car is not lifted and I do not know the max size tires and/or wheels it can have. I been looking around and would like preferably 17-19 inch black wheels (what ever I can afford/car can hadle) with thin tires. It would be great if someone with some experience could give me an estimate on how much all this would cost around.

If anyone has any other ideas about how I can make my 4runner stand out and look good please feel free to comment.
