Hey everyone. I have an 06 4Runner Sport V8 and my Hidden-Hitch is rusting. I was looking at repainting it but then realized that Rhino liner/Line-X would be a better option! My question is, I was going to clean the rust off as best as I could before getting this done, does all the paint need to come off? Also has anyone else tried this and had good/bad experiences?
