I'm new around here so this is my story.

Bought a 93 4runner for the soon to be driving daughter. Knew there were a few items to take care of.

This is the main PIA.
Rear ABS light will not reset.
Have tried to retrieve codes but there are none.
Jumped Ec & T1 on the data link and used the 8 pumps of the brake pedal in 3 secs.
There is 1 blink of the light at 4 pumps but thats the only time it blinks.
"Always on" on the troubleshooting code list says its trouble spot is the ECU.

My ? is the ECU part of the ECM(main computer) and are there any tricks to rebooting or am I out of some more big bucks???
