sterring rack and pinion
 

I have a 2000 forerunner limited. The front end shakes at high speeds. My mechanic said the bushing in the rack is bad and a replacement bushing is not available. Have to replace the entire rack at a cost of around $600.00. Anyone one know of any other way to fix this?????
