1990 SR5 Rear heater blows cold.

Default 1990 SR5 Rear heater blows cold.
I just purchased a 1990 4runner SR5 and I dint think my rear heater is working, it doesn't seem to blow hot air. is this a normal occurrence for these things,if so what do I do?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
