Default 2001 V6, Misfire on Cylinder 4

My truck started running ruff out of no where. I took it in and the diagnostic said misfire on cylinder for. So I changed all the plugs. Started it back up and it is still running ruff. Could the coil be bad? The truck has 132,000 miles and they have never been replaced? Any other ideas?

check it out pull the spark plug out and hook it up to the wire and post it to your motor and have someone turn your engine over and look for spark could be coil, wiring, or distributor

I was getting a good recommendation from mesa performance in Costa Mesa, CA and always went with the used tires.
