Hi. Does anyone own a 2016 4Runner that can help me with this. I have some kind of Dead Spot on acceleration (I think) when turning I lose total acceleration for about a second or two. It happens when I'm turning right or left from a stop and trying to accelerate fast it hesitates I was told by a Toyota technician that's there's nothing wrong with it, n that's normal. The technician even took a test drive. he asked what I drive before the Toy- I owned a sports car. he said well it won't work like a sports car- needless to say I've had several trucks prior including Toyotas n never had this. It feels like I am totally losing power when turning from a Dead stop. (NOT Every time) but vehicle just doesn't want to move for a second or two when taking off. I have to let go of the gas n pedal and it until the acceleration takes.
