89 4runner

Hi I have an 89 4runner v6 sr5 it has 180k and I just recently started to have a problem I cant figure out. It is sputering and poping and lacking power really bad. I put all new denso sparkplugs new MSD coil, new distributor cap and rotor, new wires. Ive checked my distibutor it is still fine. Could it be fuel injectors, or jumped timing. Ive relaced the timing belt two years ago with new bearing and pullys. I just replaced my mass air flow sensor and my ignition module. Im clueless on what it could be. I need to know. I refuse to take it to the shop because I know I can fix it.

I dont want to have to get rid of my baby. f some one could help me that would be great.

if you did the timing belt and pulleys two years ago, unless you put HEAVY miles on it, it shouldnt have jumped timing, unless something failed. is the catalytic convertor stock? if you can, crawl under the truck, and tap on the hammer with something blunt, see if you can hear a rattling noise.

Ive checked the catalitic converter and it seems to be fine. What else could it be?
