Anyway to the point im driving look down and my temp guage is in the red been driving a short distance so iI pull over engine is very hot so I tow the truck home start to trouble shoot I pull the radiator and 4 of the ribs have holes in them so I think cool Ill replace the radiator when I pull the lower hose the water that comes out is black looks like dirty oil but no seperation (water oil) anyway I put new rad in fill with water to check (I also replaced the thermostat) truck starts ok its idle is very high dont know why that would be but its warming up and never seems to allow water in to the jacket oh yea I didnt yet have the radiator cap so when it reaches normal temp it spews water and I shut it down. I got the cap refilled it with water and the water starts to stream out of what looks like the water pump sound like bad waterpump??? what would cause black water any help would be a life saver no money for new truck hardly cash for parts thanks to any that help
