93 sr5 5speed 3.0 6cyl. Coil spring object
 

I have a 6 inch lift and 35" tires. just noticed something bouncing around inside my passenger rear coil spring. im assuming that its the top "bumper" of the spring. Does anyone know what it is really called and how to replace b4 i start tearing it apart???? plelms......
