Hello, just bought truck last week, now I'm noticing the driver side front tire kicking out at the bottom. Wondering what all I need to look at and where to start. Has 3" lift.

 

Do you mean the camber is off? You might just need an alignment. Is the tire wearing more on one side? Jack up the truck and grab the tire side to side and top and bottom and see how much play it has. If there's a lot of play you may have ball joints going bad.
