I have a 98 4 Runner which is becoming impossible to drive in the Summer. First, a blower motor (located underneath the glove box) will not shut off, no matter how I turn the fan speed control. Also, the air coming into the front floor (both sides) is hot, no matter how low I set the temperature control. Engaging the A/C helps, but not much. Anyone know what my problem is and how to fix?
