99 4Runner Miss

I need help with a miss I am having with my 1999 4Runner, v6. The miss is more apparent when I let off the accelerator around 45MPH. I have changed the following; fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter, timing belt, plugs, plug wires, boots, water pump, thermostat, and I have cleaned the MAF sensor. There are no codes showing. The problem started about two years ago with a very faint miss and has progressed to a very hard miss almost to the point of the engine dying at about 45mph. Any ideas, as you can tell I am performing engine diagnosis by parts replacement and it is getting expensive. The last two items to be replaced besides the vehicle is the coil packs and the injectors. Again there are no codes so I am leaning towards injectors, any best guesses out there?

Follow-up

I have now changed the Coil Packs, injectors, throttle position sensor and plugs again with double grounded plugsas recommended. Still have the miss at about 1500 rpm. whether driving or setting still. I am now going to have to sell the vehicle or blood to get it fixed. Any ideas out there would be so appreciated.
