I just bought a Viper 791XVR car alarm with remote start.https://www.4runnerforum.com/smileys...y1.gif border=

I have a 2002 SR5 sport edition. it does not have a factory alarm, but it does have a factory keyless entry remote, which also has a button to roll down the back window.

my question is this; on my new alarm i want the auxilary button to be able to roll down the back window the same as the factory remote does. does anybody know which "wire" i have to tap into (if any) to activate whatever module the factory remote communicates with to roll down the window? otherwise, i would have to get an aftermarket module by viper that will be able to time the voltage long enough to roll down the window, but i want to avoid this seeing as how there is already apparently one installed by the factory.

(just to avoid confusion, im not asking which wire actually goes to the rear window motor, im wondering how to use the same "electronic timer" thing that the factory remote uses to send a pulse to the rear window module so that a 1 second pulse from an auxilary output on my aftermarket remote will activate the entire rear window process, which is probly about 4 or 5 seconds)https://www.4runnerforum.com/smileys...y2.gif border=

hope im making sense? haha -

thanks in advance guys!

i am installing it myself. i used to work at a car stereo shop 8 years ago, and i did a few favors for the owner. he is selling me the alarm at cost. its a small family run shop and they are the most "techical" installers out there. they do have access to all OEM wiring diagrams and they printed one up for my 2002 4runner and gave it to me. while it has all info i will need as far as power locks, door switches, ignition, etc.. it does not have the info i need for the question in this post

can anybody help me out?!
