drivetrain with high miles

think i've found my first 4runner. 87 4cyl 5spd 204k but with a rebuilt engine that has 60k on it. engine is great but how much more life can be expected out of the differentials,transmission,t-case? doesn't appear to have been off road very much. what problems can be expected or are the drivetrains as bullet proof as the engines?

if the fluids were changed regularly (you can check for proper color), and there isn't a lot of metal flakes or silvery silt in the respective fluids, i don't see why not. i have an uncle out in ca that has an 84 4 runner approaching 300 thou. but if you live up north with harsh winters, or in a high humidity / rain climate, i'm sure there'll be plenty of small problems to deal with.
