EFI Fuse blows 1990 1991 4runner V6

Hey guys,

My EFI fuse keeps blowing and the truck just stops running, obviously. People have been telling me that it's the fuel pump and sending unit. Is this true? If so, I change it and what will prevent it from happening again? Fill me in pros! Please!
