Front brakes

I just attempted to change brakes on my 2003 4 runner they gave me the wrong size @ advanced auto parts they tell me they believe its a dealers item. anyone know if this is true

i would have to think that there is an aftermarket brake pa for that by now...find someplace that sells akebono brake pads.
