Gearbox noise

Help, I have a 1998 4runner 3.4 petrol engine with auto transmission. It has a rough sounding noise coming from the gearbox, it is only noticeable at low speeds and more loudly on over run than driven. has anyone else had any experiences like this ???

has anyone else had a noise that occurs around 70 mph from wind on the passenger side of the windshield?04 silveradowondering if anyone knows how to fix it
