help help help, engine oil leak too much oil?
 

hey every body, i am pretty new here so just bare with me.
i try changing oil in my 02 4 runner. long story short, i drained the tranny instead of the oil. well i end up putting twice the amount of oil in my engine. i drove it home(5 miles or) it drove really really funny. well i figure what i did wrong, so this morning i drained the engine oil and refill it to where it`s supposed to. the same with the tranny fluid. now my truck is just spitting oil out from the buttom and am not sure where is coming from.
any ideas guys? am i in for some thing major. please help.....

could be some type of over flow i would still drive it a couple days and see if its still leakin a lot and keep checkin your oil dip stick but i worrried about your tranny if you drive 5 miles with no fluid

Just get some stands and replace the oil pan gasket be for you take it in could save you some money who knows, make sure you don't over toque the bolts this could cause a leak as well.
