First off i'd just like to say that im glad i found this site, it seems to be a good source of info, I figured i'd start off my first post with my new problem. Everytime i turn on my left turn signal, my head lights go out for about 3 seconds, its kind of an issue when your driving in the rain on the interstate, anyways the car is a 1998 4runner limited. Any adivce on trouble shooting this would be great as I am terrible with electricle problems. Thanks in advance.</P>

it sounds like it is a short in the electrical wiring system. unless you know wiring, that is definately the kind of thing i would suggest seeing a professional about.
