Hello all. New to this forum. I current have an '07 V-8 SR5 4Runner. The wife drove it since we bought it. I hate the way the tranny shifts and would like to re-set the tranny computer.

I am planning on disconnecting the battery overnight and was wondering if there are any issues with this. Other than radio/clock etc, what will I need to re-set and how do I do it?

Note: I have heard that there is something to re-set with the windows and sunroof.
