rear axle seal and bearing change

Hi everyone! new to this forum with a question-- yesterday my wife heard a noise from her 98 4runner's rear end. Checked it this morning and it has oil over the right side rear hub and the rear end fluid is down so I suspect the axle seal and maybe bearing is bad. I do most of my own mechanic work but have never had to work on the 4runner except for routine oil and filter changes and brakes. Can anyone advise me on what I will need to do this job?

Thanks!

Just an update--

Pulling the axle was not much of a job. I wound up replacing the inner seal and O-ring as the bearing was still in good shape as the rear had not run out of oil. I'v put several hundred miles on it and all is well. Adjusted up the rear brakes while I had the car on the lift, much better braking now!
