Rear window troubles
 

I've got a 1995 4 Runner SR5 that I just put a new rear window motor in.
It will go up just fine but not down. I've bypassed the rear key
switch and know the motor works in both directions. Wires are good back to the window relay box. Replaced relay box with a used one but get the same results. There is a clicking sound coming from the relay when I try the down side with the key. Let me know what you think.
