I have recently been experiencing trouble shifting out of park in my automatic 2006 4 runner. I had it in the shop a couple weeks ago and told the service guy. He said he found nothing abnormal and it seemed to be working fine. And of course it was, for about 10 days, then the problem started again. I've tried pumping the brake, wiggling the gear stick, usually I have to restart the car two or three times before it finally disengages and allows me to come out of park. It barely has over 50K miles and this is really frustrating when you are in a hurry and you cant get your car in gear. Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions?
