steering vibrates when pressing brakes
 

my 2k 4runner vibrates the steering wheel when depressing the brakes, I thought it maybe a warped front rotor, replace but still has this problem any sugestions on what may be causing this, i notice the strut on the pass side is wet, could this be the cause will be trying to replace it myself. shop wanted quite a bit ..thanks for any advice..
