I have 94 4runner I've had for a year. I think my timing chain/belt need to be changed because it started running sluggish. Is there a way to check if it is the timing without taking it apart? I figured if I have to take it apart, might as well replace it. It has 245k. Not sure what the previous owner has done. We had a language barrier. Help!
